Leveraging a wide range of research channels and broad network of connections to develop and vet a pool of potential acquisition targets, Pursant ultimately helped identify the perfect match: a 2nd-generation family-owned commercial cleaning business serving Central and Northern Wisconsin. After navigating valuation strategy, deal structure, negotiation, and due diligence, the transaction was completed. Pursant then helped integrate the businesses to ensure a smooth transition.
