Pursant’s Investment Banking practice is pleased to announce that SG 360, Inc. has been acquired by Lane’s Cleaning.

The Transaction

In April 2016, SG 360 was acquired by SC Realty Services, Inc. (“SCRS”). SCRS is the parent company of Lane’s Cleaning, a full service janitorial services business based in Kansas City that serves real estate owners and property managers.

About Our Client

Service Group 360, Inc., together with is subsidiaries and affiliated businesses (collectively referred to as “SG 360” or “the Company”), provides comprehensive janitorial, maintenance and emergency restoration services (fire, water and mold damage remediation) for educational, medical, commercial and industrial facilities. Established in 2000 and headquartered in Jonesboro, Arkansas SG 360 has grown to be one the largest privately held building service contractors (BSCs) in Arkansas, with customers and operations throughout the state.
